Where it all began 🎇

We took off 🚀 in 2018 and launched a practise focused on key European and US engineering hubs - Berlin, Munich 🇩🇪 Texas, Miami 🇺🇸 and London 🇬🇧 were all on the radar. Our agency was built from scratch with the goal of developing relationships with new clients and candidates being our #1 priority.We quickly realised a shift in the market and how fast new technologies were emerging - we decided to get jump in with both feet and haven't looked back since

Up and Running 🏙

European and US tech markets were booming 📈 and we were seeing more people than ever wanting to relocate across borders into the major hubs. We were learning new thing's every day, tech related but also dabbling in those business management areas too - as any company owner will tell you there's much more to making something a success than just doing the actual job 🤓📊The recruitment landscape was shifting too, new tools were emerging regularly and maintaining that personal touch whilst dealing with scale was something to keep an eye on.

Improvise, adapt and overcome 👨🏻‍💻

2020 needs no introduction 🦠 It was a tough year for many and a complete restructuring for most. Social distancing, working from home and the coined phrases, 'I forgot my mask' 🤦🏻‍♀️ and 'you're on mute' became the norm. With a new landscape came new possibilities and we took the opportunity to adapt to how people were working, and hiring to offer new possibilities to both our candidates and clients. We made it out alive and looked to the future bringing in a new product suite to our services and utilising the newest ML and AI services ☀️Our team also became distributed and work from all over the globe including, Latin America, Philippines, France, United Kingdom and the USA - remote for us really means remote

The eMeetup series begins 📧

With a brand new website and light now at the end of the tunnel the Go naviro team can't wait to pick up where we left off. We've always been about developing relationships and networking within communities and launched our eMeetup series where we hosted some of the tech communities leading speakers to discuss areas within Golang, Kubernetes and remote working - we had hundreds of attendees and can't wait to schedule series III..
